User Researcher: Learning
We’re looking to grow our research team in Sheffield. User research done right is inclusive and empowering. It gives people a voice in the design and production process. A user researcher at Paper is empathetic, objective and a critical thinker.

We design everything to do with services. Join us to be part of a company of people who are honest, transparent and passionate about designing with people, not for them, and making sure no person is left behind.
We work hard to make Paper a great place to work. We’re an honest and transparent group of people and are guided by our principles. We’re not here to be a bum on a seat, we’re here to make a difference. We’re not “yes people”. We’re realists and we work hard to make things the best they can be.
You’re probably best also reading our principles, then our services. Describing the roles is difficult, which is why we want you to understand who we are and what we do, and then see if you feel your skills fit.
We have people from various backgrounds such as interior design, marketing, games design and more so if you're not confident or don't have the experience in this sector, it's still worth getting in touch.
